1. Renters must be 21 years old to operate boats or 16 years old to operate wave runners.

 

2. Rates do not include gas and taxes.

 

3. Drivers license required.

 

4. All boats due in by 6PM.

 

5. Designate a driver who is not drinking as the laws are the same as driving a car.

 

6. Prices subject to change without notice.

 

7. Renter is responsible for all damages.

 

8. NO PETS allowed on boats.

 

9. Ages 13 and under MUST wear a life jacket. There will be plenty of these on the boats for everyone.

 

10.  If we refuel for you- you are required to pay $10 service fee.
